Pair of very early Sheffield silver salt cellars, 1776, Richard Morton and Company with old blue liners. First silver from the Sheffield assay office was seen in 1773. 4.5cm tall x 8cm x 6cm. Condition; Generally average wear for age except one has damage to the silver wirework side with two pillars clipped out above the wreath. Liners each have a chip. 2.3 troy oz weighable.
